Victoria joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in January of 2014. As the Patient Care Coordinator, she is usually the first-person patients encounter as they come to our office. Her outgoing and vibrant personality can make any patient feel comfortable and at ease despite the stressful anticipation of surgery. She is known to make anyone feel like a friend or family member and takes great pride in patient care. She has over 14 years of dental experience in front office administration and is BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. Anyone that has been to our office can usually recognize Victoria’s contagious laughter down the hallway and knows they are in good hands. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, twin boys and grandchild. She is a huge animal lover, with three cats, one dog and about 16 imported Japanese Koi fish which she has won numerous awards for at Koi shows. In addition to her love for animals, she is a huge San Antonio Spurs and sports fan.

Antoneta joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in January of 2015, but has worked with Dr. Olsen since 2011. She is the Financial Coordinator at FOSIC and has over 25 years of experience in the dental field. She has worked at Delta Dental Insurance Company and has extensive experience in dental insurance rules and processing. She is known to be a strong advocate for the patients in helping them maximize their insurance benefits. In addition to her experience with dental insurance processing, she is a registered dental assistant and serves on the Subject Matter Expert Registered Dental Assisting Board of CA. She is also BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. Antoneta shares two beautiful children with her husband, a Delta Dental consultant. During her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym, traveling, and eating delicious food.

Tracy joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in February of 2017. As the Scheduling Coordinator, she is one of the first to be in contact with our new patients. You can recognize her friendly voice and gentle smile when you enter our front door. Tracy holds over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She handles most, if not all, of our pre-operative care visits to go over any instructions or questions patients may have prior to surgery. She is compassionate and enjoys patient care. In her spare time, Tracy loves to travel and shares two beautiful daughters with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her dog Cheddar and with her family and friends.

Dawn joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) as the lead oral surgery assistant since December of 2013 but has worked with Dr. Olsen since 2010. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She is “excited and proud to be working with a great team at FOSIC.” Dawn is DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination), OMSA (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified. Outside of the office, she is a mother and a grandmother. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves to travel. In addition to her surgical assistant certifications, Dawn is currently a Southwest flight attendant since 2020. She loves that she gets to have the opportunity to enjoy both careers as a flight attendant and surgical assistant, “the best of both worlds”. Alexandria joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in December of 2013. She started off her career in oral surgery assisting as a sterilization technician while completing her dental assistant certification program. From the very first surgery, she knew that she wanted to pursue oral surgery assisting rather than work in any other specialty of dentistry. She is DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination), OMSA (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified. Alexandria and her husband, a 9-1-1 emergency dispatcher for Sacramento County Fire/EMS, have two beautiful children together. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and serving at her church and community.

Jan joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in June of 2021. She started off her career as a registered dental assistant in general dentistry over 20 years ago until she discovered her passion for oral surgery. She has 10 years of experience as a surgical dental anesthesia assistant. She is DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination), OMSA (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, paddle boarding, hiking, and spending time with her 3 beautiful children.

Renee joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in January of 2023. She has over 20 years of experience as an oral surgery assistant. She is OMSA (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, wine tasting, and spending time with her family.

Susan joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in August of 2025. She started her career in dentistry 42 years ago. She later became an RDAEF (RDA with Extended Functions) in 1995 and switched over to oral surgery assisting in 2010. She has never looked back ever since. She is OMSA (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified. She also holds years of experience with oral surgery administrative work, such as insurance verifications and other front office duties. During her free time, she enjoys baking, bike riding, traveling, and spending weekends at the beach with her husband and dog.

Maureen joined Folsom Oral Surgery And Implant Center (FOSIC) in February of 2024. She started her career in dentistry in the Philippines with 4 years of associate dental experience there. She then moved to the island of Oahu, Hawaii to start a family and continued her dental experience as a surgical assistant for 12 years in a private oral surgery practice, where she earned her CALAOMS and DAANCE certifications. She recently moved to Northern California with her family and “enjoys working with the FOSIC team, as they are professional and patient care is a priority.” During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially road trips on the weekends. She loves and misses Hawaii yet she is excited to explore more of California and other mainland states.
